I bought a pair of the lilliy shoes about a year ago and went to wear them this morning and noticed the bottom of the heel was missing .I also have a friend who bought a pair and both of her shoes are missing the bottom of the heels. these shoes were not that cheap and am just wondering how they could fall apart so fast. I purchased a new strap for my shoes and now I cant even use it.
